When we talk about bad leaders, we cannot avoid the fact that they often use positive-sounding words to cover up their bad behavior. Phrases like “A Smooth Sea Never Made A Skilled Sailor” may sound wise, but they actually just hide their inability to handle difficult situations.

However, as good leaders, we must learn not only to handle difficult situations, but also to fight for self-development and ability. As John C. Maxwell said, “Leadership is not about titles, positions, or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another.”

As leaders, we must understand that every action and word we say has an impact on others, especially our subordinates. Therefore, we must always strive to provide a positive influence and set a good example.

Not only that, as leaders, we must also be able to handle difficult situations and solve complex problems. We cannot rely on luck and favorable conditions, because the reality is that challenges and difficulties always exist in every situation.
