However, according to a study conducted by the University of Scranton, only 8% of people achieve their New Year’s resolutions. This is often due to a lack of clear plans and specific goals. In this article, we will discuss the importance of setting specific and measurable goals, and planning how to achieve them, as well as provide some real-life case studies that demonstrate how this can be applied.

First and foremost, it is important to understand that specific and measurable goals are more easily achieved than general and unmeasurable ones. A study conducted by Dr. Gail Matthews, a professor at Dominican University, found that people who wrote down their goals and shared them with others had a 76% higher success rate in achieving their goals compared to those who did not.
