When the Boss is Not a Leader: Navigating the Emotional Rollercoaster of a Demanding Boss
As employees, we’ve all had difficult bosses to deal with. But my experience with a particularly hot-tempered and emotional boss made it extremely difficult for me to perform my job well. In this article, I will share my experience and how I coped with the situation in order to maintain my performance and motivation as an employee.
This situation affected my performance and motivation as an employee. I felt extremely uncomfortable working in an environment that was always tense and unstable. I was afraid of being punished or fired for small mistakes I made. This made me feel very insecure and unappreciated as an employee.
To cope with this situation, I coordinated with my colleagues to find different solutions. We shared our experiences and looked for ways to deal with this problem. We also sought support from other superiors in the company. I spoke to HR and sought solutions for this problem.
